锅炉汽包水位测量系统全量程内装平衡容器新技术应用 夏 磊1 沙 浩2 陈 豪3 王春英4 1秦皇岛华电测控设备有限公司 河北省秦皇岛市北环路108号 066000 2秦皇岛华电测控设备有限公司 河北省秦皇岛市北环路108号 066000 3淮南矿业集团电力有限责任公司 安徽省淮南市凤台县顾桥镇顾桥电厂 232131 4 吉林油田热电厂 吉林省松原市经济技术开发区吉林油田热电厂 131000 [摘要]：保持锅炉汽包水位在正常范围内是锅炉运行的一项重要的安全性指标。由于负荷、燃烧工况及给水流量的变化，汽包水位会经常变化。传统的外置单室平衡容器不能满足30mm以内测量误差的需要，由于没有可靠的显示数据，运行人员无所适从，水位过高或急剧波动会引起蒸汽品质恶化和带水，造成受热面结盐，严重时会导致汽轮机水冲击振动、叶片损坏；水位过低会引起排污失效，炉内加药进入蒸汽，甚至引起下降管带汽，影响炉水循环工况，造成炉管大面积爆破。本文详细介绍了某电厂DG1025/17.4-Ⅱ14亚临界压力中间一次再热的自然循环锅炉汽包水位测量与保护系统经改造后的运行情况，以及锅炉偏烧对整个测量系统的影响分析。 改造后的机组锅炉汽包水位测量与保护系统系统误差20mm以内，锅炉偏烧造成两侧水位显示偏差大，是实际工况，从而验证了改造后的锅炉汽包水位测量与保护系统能够真实显示实际水位，满足安全生产及运行要求。 [关键词]：锅炉汽包水位测量与保护系统；全量程内装平衡容器；锅炉偏烧；实际水位 Abstract [Abstract]: It is an important security index for boiler to maintain the boiler drum level within the normal range. The drum level will change frequently, because of the change of load, combustion condition and feed-water flow. Traditional outer single balanced vessel can’t meet the demand of control measurement error in 30mm. Because there isn’t reliable display data, so operating personal are at a loss how to proceed. The water level is excessively high or the rapid fluctuation will cause the steam quality worsening and including water, the heating surface to tie the salt, the steam turbine water impact vibration, and the leaf blade damage in severe cases. The water level is excessively low will cause pollution discharge failure, steam goes into the boiler, even cause downcomer carry steam, influence the cyclic condition of boiler water, and large-area blasting of furnace tube. In this article, the operation of drum level measurement and protection system after reform is introduced in detail. And the impact of boiler deviant combustion on the whole measurement system is analyzed. It is the natural circulation boiler of DG1025/17.4-Ⅱ14 mid single reheat under subcritical pressure in a Power Plant. The deviation of each drum level gauges is less than 20mm after installed our product instead the original l
