提 纲 1 临床资料 1 2 预防措施 1 3 护理 1 3.1心理分析及护理 1 3.2保守治疗的护理 2 3.3手术治疗的护理 2 4 并发症的观察及护理 3 4.1预防肺部 4.2预防便秘 3 4.3预防压疮 3 4.4预防泌尿系统感染 4.5深静脉血栓的观察及护理 4.6切口感染 4.7预防骨折移位及假体脱位 5?康复训练 6?出院指导 7 讨论 5 股骨颈骨折的护理与防范 【摘要】目的探讨股骨颈骨折保守治疗和手术治疗的护理，预防并发症的发生，促进康复。方法对我科200～20年收治80例股骨颈骨折患者其中20例保守治疗，35例行复位内固定，例行人工股骨头置换对其心理护理、术后并发症的观察和护理，康复训练指导的护理方法进行回顾性总结。结果80例患者能正确认识自己的病情，消除了焦虑、恐惧心理，主动配合做好各项医疗护理工作，在医护人员、家属的协助下能正确地进行功能锻炼，住院期间均无并发症发生，手术切口达到一期愈合，出院随访，生活均能自理，人工股骨头无松动、下沉、脱位等。 结论积极治疗原发病，控制感染，给予良好的心理护理，术后密切观察病情变化，出院指导及健康教育是患者康复重要因素。【关键词】? Nursing and prevention of femoral neck fracture 【Abstract】 paper aims to investigate the nursing methods of conservative treatment and surgical treatment, and to develop effective nursing measures according to the location and cause of fracture in order to promote rehabilitation. Method: To retrospectively summarize the their psychological care, postoperative complications of observation and care, rehabilitation training and guidance of nursing methods of the 80 cases of femoral neck fracture that were treated in our department from 2008 to 2013, which includes 20 cases of conservative treatment, 35 cases of internal fixation, 25 cases of patients with artificial femoral head replacement. Results: the main causes of fractures of the senior citizens are osteoporosis, fighting against each other and falls caused by in and out of wet slippery site, such as activity room, toilet and bathhouse. During the hospitalization, 80 patients could correctly understand their condition, eliminate the psychological anxiety and fear, and actively cooperate with the medical and nursing work. Under the assistance of medical staff and family members, no complications occurred; operative incision achieved primary healing and during follow-up the patients were found to be able to take care of themselves without finding loosening, subsidence and dislocation of the artificial Femoral Head. Conclusion: medical staff should be people-oriented, looking for countermeasures actively and take all
