中国媒介生物学及控制杂志2009年12月第20卷第6期 ChinJVectorBioControl,December2009,Vol.20,No.6 ·531 · 文章编号：1003-4692（2009 ）06-0531-03 【论著】 美洲大蠊各虫态粪便提取物的聚集活性研究 1，2 2 2 韩秀华 ，农向群 ，张泽华 【摘要】 目的 研究美洲大蠊各虫态粪便的诱集活性，为简单有效地提取聚集信息素并应用于美洲大蠊的防治提供 线索。方法 用丙酮和乙醇混合溶剂分别提取美洲大蠊雌虫、雄虫及老熟幼虫粪便，测定提取物对美洲大蠊各虫态的诱集 活性，数据采用SAS 8.0 软件进行分析。结果 3 种虫态粪便提取物对美洲大蠊各虫态都具有明显的诱集作用，其中老熟幼 虫粪便提取物对老熟幼虫的引诱效果最好，引诱率达到59% ；雄虫粪便提取物对老熟幼虫的引诱活性最高，引诱率为41% ； 雌虫粪便提取物对雄虫的引诱活性最好，引诱率也可以达到42% ，且各种提取物对美洲大蠊老熟幼虫都有较高的聚集活 性。结论 美洲大蠊各虫态粪便中含有聚集信息素，且活性各不相同，可以进一步研究应用于美洲大蠊的防治。 【关键词】美洲大蠊；聚集信息素；聚集指数；引诱率 中图分类号：R384.9 文献标识码：A Aggregation of extracts from different stage of Periplaneta americana faeces HAN Xiu ⁃hua1，2, NONG Xiang ⁃qun, ZHANG Ze ⁃hua. 1 College of Plant Protection Shenyang Agricultural University, Shenyang 110161, Liaoning Province, China; 2 State Key Laboratory for Biology of Plant Diseases and Insect Pests, Institute of Plant Protection, CAAS, Beijing 100081, China Corresponding author: NONG Xiang⁃qun, E⁃mail: xqnong@ 【Abstract 】 Objective Study the attractant activity of faeces from different stage of Periplaneta americana and provide clues for the effective prevention of cockroach. Methods The extracts with attractant activity were extracted from female adult faeces ，male adult faeces and larva faeces of P. americana by ethanol and acetone. The data was analyzed by software SAS 8.0. Results All the extracts attracted P. americana significantly. The attractant activity of extracts from high ⁃instar nymphs faeces was the best, and the attractant rate reached 59%.
