韓非管理哲思在學校行政上的應用 摘要 值此瞬息萬變之際，各國無不致力於教育改革，以提升國家競爭力。反觀我國 教育，教學品質良莠不齊、學生品德淪喪、親職教育不彰、學生學業成就普遍低 落、、、、等等，因此，必須針對上述問題提出有效的改革方法。從文獻中發現， 在解決策略上，戰國時代的韓非管理哲思 ，實可收「立竿見影」之效，解決教改十 多年來，迄今仍爭議不休的教育問題。 因此，本文從韓非管理哲思之分析探討，再析論韓非思想的主流、管理觀念， 最後提出韓非思想在學校行政上的運用，其結果如下：變是唯一不變的真理──創 新思維運用、前瞻觀、全面觀， 明職責、盡人之智、知識分享平台建立、簡化工作 流程、制度的尊重與實施、績效考核方面、領導者應有之修為等。 韓非思想在戰國七雄對峙時，運用得相當有效，然而如今在時空、環境、背景 方面，都有相當的差異。因此，無法將之全盤移植到今日教育場域中，畢竟教育是 百年樹人大業，故在學校行政上的運用上，就必須謹慎為要。 關鍵字：韓非、管理哲思、學校行政 Abstract Han Fei’s management philosophy is applied in the school administration. On this changeable time, the various countries devotes to the education reform in order to promote the countries’ competitive ability. Thinking our country: The quality of teaching is not good, low personal character of students , parents’ education in children are not suitable, low studying achievement of students, and soon. Therefore, we must propose these questions to the effective reform method. The literature was discovered the solution strategy that Han Fei’s wise in management in Warring States is gets quick results. The educational reform has been solved for more than ten years. The educational questions have been disputed until now。 Therefore, the article’s analyses are from Han Fei philosophy to analyze the mainstream of Han Fei’s thought. The concept of management propose to the Han Fei thought Han Fei’s management philosophy is apply in the school administration.
