来华留学博士研究生发表论文的要求 （2015 版） 为提高我校来华留学博士研究生的学位论文水平，保证留学博士研究生的培养质 量，对留学博士研究生在申请博士学位论文答辩前，以第一作者身份，并以电子科技大 学为第一单位取得与学位论文相关的学术成果作出如下要求： In order to improve the dissertation quality of international students and guarantee the research ability of PhD students, the following requirements on academic publications are made to the PhD candidates before applying for the dissertation defense. The candidates should be the first author and UESTC should be the first correspondence address. 一、理工类留学博士研究生，应满足以下条件之一： 1. 在JCR 分区表2 区及以上的期刊上发表论文1 篇； 2. 在通信、计算机等领域的A 类国际学术会议上（共50 种，见《博士研究生发 表论文的要求》附件 1）发表（已录用）论文1 篇，且在国内外重要学术期刊或国际会 议上至少发表（已录用）论文1 篇； 3. 取得与博士学位论文相关的国家或省部级科研奖（本人有证书）或获得1 项国家 发明专利授权；且在国内外重要学术期刊或国际会议上至少发表（已录用）论文 1 篇； 4. 在国内外重要学术期刊或国际会议上至少发表（已录用）论文 3 篇，其中：被 SCI 或者EI 收录的期刊论文至少1 篇。 PhD candidates of science and engineering should meet at least one of the following conditions: 1. At least one publication on Journals of rank 2 or above in JCR. 2. One publication (published or accepted) on type A international conference in the field of communication, computer science and etc., and one publication (published or accepted) on key academic journals or international conferences at home and abroad. 3. Holding certificate of national or provincial award for scientific research relevant to the dissertation or having one national invention patent; and one publication (published or accepted) on key academic journals or international conferences at home and abroad. 4.
