安徽农业大学学报，2008，35(2)：204—206 Journal of Anhui Agricultural University 中年ICR小鼠和昆明小鼠种属型行为改变及其性别差异 周先岭 ，王 超 ，王 芳 ，邓廿庆 ，陈贵海 (1．安徽医科大学第一附属医院神经内科，合肥230022；2．安徽医科大学科技处，合肥230032) 摘 要：探讨中年ICR小鼠和昆明小鼠种属行为的改变及其性别差异。结果表明，两品系中年小鼠的储藏行 为没有改变。ICR小鼠的挖掘行为下降，且主要归因于雌鼠。两品系中年小鼠的作窝能力下降；ICR小鼠主要归因 于雌性，昆明小鼠雌雄性均下降。这些结果提示在ICR和昆明小鼠，作窝能力的下降出现较早，可较好地反映衰老 效应。挖掘和储藏行为对衰老效应的判定意义不大。 关键词：行为；小鼠；衰老；性别 中图分类号：R338．6；R一332 文献标识码：A 文章编号：1672—352X(2008)02-0204-03 The changes of the species--typical behaviors in the middle--aged ICR and Kunming mice and the sex effects ZHOU Xian—ling ，WANG Chao ，WANG Fang ，DENG Nian—qing ，CHEN Gui—hai (1．Department of Neurology，the First Affiliated Hospital of Anhui Medical University，Hefei 230022； 2．Research Administration Office，Anhui Medical University，Hefei 230032) Abstract：In this paper，we explore the changes of the species—typical behaviors in the middle—aged ICR and Kunming mice and their sex effects．The results showed that the nesting ability in the middle—aged mice significantly declined relative to the young mice in both strains，with being mainly attributable to females in the ICR mice，and to both males and females in the Kunming mice．The burrowing behavior significantly declined in the middle—aged ICR mice，as was mainly attributable to the females．There was no changes in the hoarding behavior in the middle—aged both ICR and Kunming mice．Our results suggested that the decline of the nesting ability was early in the both ICR and Kunming mice，and corresponded for the aging effect．The burrowing test was only useful to detect the aging effect in the female ICR mice，but the hoarding test was no value to evaluate the aging effects in the both strains． Key words：species—typical behaviors；mouse；aging；sex 种属型行为(species—typical behaviors)即种属内 改变，而作窝能力减退，尤以雄
