Abstract A small shuttle kiln at operating temperatur e o 1 800 ! is developed o r scienti ic exper iments and sinter
ing o small parts, and its key technolog ies can be applied in larg e shuttle kilns . M ain eatures o the kiln ar e the adopting
light high temperature re ractory materials and advanced w aste heat recovery technolog y, preheating air up to 500 ! ,
heatingup rate more than 80 ! / h at hig her than 1 600 ! . Secondary combustion is realized w ith premixing and temper
atur e adju stable high velocity burners . M eantime N OX contents a ter combustion are r at her low , it is bene icial to environ
ment protection .
