Methods:M agnesium nitrate w as adopted as matri mod ifier, and the dissolution of alum in ium ion in zoledron ic acid injection w as determ ined by graphite furnace atom ic absorption spectrometry w ith polarized zeeman background correction. Results:Therew as a good linear relationship in the con - 1 - 1 centration range of 0- 20 g L ( r= 09995 ). The detection lmi it w as 014 g L , the recoveries w ere 993% - 1024%, and the RSDs were 27% - 35%. D issolution of alum in ium in zoledron ic acid injection w as conspicuous, and the con tent of alum in ium w as related to its stand ing tmi e.
