Mask exposure forming technology is a kind of rapid prototyping technology. In this paper, the working principle of mask exposure forming machine is analyzed. Taking the motion control card as the control core and the application of the closed loop control principle, the control system of the mask exposure forming machine based on the DMD mask is studied. The main work carried out as follows. Firstly, take mask exposure forming machine as the research object through the work flow and function demand analysis, to determine the overall scheme of the control system development, research and design of a kind of “PC + motion control card” construction form with master-slave structure of dual microprocessor system. The working principle of each subsystem of the control system is analyzed, and the hardware selection of each subsystem is determined. Secondly, the software of control system is designed.
