Methods Nine cases of hemangioma racemosum confirmed by angiography through the left and right external carotid artery underwent selective arterial embolization. Every case was injected with 8 mg bleomycin on the first day the seventh day and the fifteenth day after the treatment of arterial embolization. Results All cases were super-selectivly embolized sucessfully The volumes of tumor decreased obviously. Together with hard consistancy and no serious complication. Conclusions Arterial embolization combined bleomycin injection appears to be a safer and more effective b K method in the treatment of hemangioma racemosum. J Intervent Radi
