故障分析 Fault A nalys is 螺杆压缩机检测系统故障原因分析及排除 曾建军 （1. 中航飞机股份有限公司西安制动分公司，陕西 西安 713106） [摘 要] ：螺杆压缩机检测系统故障是一种常见故障，笔者通过十几年的设备运行及维修经验，对设备出现的各种检测方面 的故障进行了仔细分析，并进行了比较深入的研究，同时结合维修中的实例进行分析总结。螺杆压缩机产生检测系统故障 主要体现在3个方面：（1）压力检测系统，包括油滤压力检测、系统管路压力检测、水压检测、空滤检测；（2）温度检测系 统，包括喷油温度检测、系统管路温度检测；（3）电气参数检测系统，包括主机、风机过载保护和电源系统参数检测。 次，中央处理器CPU主板产生的故障也时有发生，因此要针对其具体故障现象认真分析，以免故障扩大。 [关键词] ：螺杆压缩机；检测系统；压力探头； 旋控制阀；过载保护器 中图分类号：TH455 文献标志码：B 文章编号：1006-2971（2017）02-0052-04 Fault Analysis and Solving Method of the Detection System for Screw Compressors ZENG Jian-j un (1. Xi an Brank Branch, Xi an 713106, China) Abstract:The fault of the detection system for screw compressor is very common, which is analyzed carefully, researched deeply, and summarized with the examples in maintenance through the equipment operation and maintenance experience more than ten years. The fault of detection system of screw compressor contains three aspects which are the pressure detection system, including oil pressure detection, pipeline pressure detection, hydraulic pressure detection, air filter detection, the temperature detection system, including in- j ection temperature detection, temperature detection system for pipeline and the detection system of electrical parameters, including oil the host, fan overload protection and power system parameter detection. Besides, the fault of central processing unit CPU mother- board was occurred sometimes. So the phenomenon of the fault should be analyzed carefully, expanding the failure should be avoided.
