毕业论文（设计） 题目：沂南县小学体育游戏的现状与对策研究 学生姓名：___________________ 学 号：___________________ 年 级：___________________ 专 业：___________________ 系 （部）：__________________ 指导教师：___________________  摘 要 培养出“德、智、体”全面发展的学生是教育工作的目标，体育教学作为学校实现教育目标的重要环节，怎样抓好学校在体育教育建设的成效是教育工作者当下所面临的一大挑战。随着近些年中国教育的发展，体育教学也得到了改善，但仍存在很多不足的地方，针对我们目前在体育教学中做得不足。本文将通过访谈法、文献法、问卷法对沂南县小学体育教学中的体育游戏进行调查与分析。调查结果表明沂南县小学体育游戏活动方面仍存在如下问题：沂南县小学体育游戏的整体设置不合理；体育游戏的内容较少与所组织的体育活动也不多；小学体育师资力量薄弱；学校领导、教师对体育游戏不够重视；体育游戏在体育教学评价没能得到体现。因此，建议：设置更合理的体育游戏机制；丰富游戏内容；积极组织体育游戏活动；引进和培养更优秀的师资力量；校领导及老师应改变对体育游戏的态度；创建一个合理的体育游戏评价系统。 关键词：沂南县；小学体育游戏；现状；对策  ABSTRACT Cultivate students moral, intellectual, physical all-round development is the goal of educators, physical education as a school to achieve the goal of education an important part of how the effectiveness of school do a good job in the construction of physical education educators now face a challenge. With the development of education in China in recent years, physical education has been improved, but there are still many deficiencies, for we are not done enough in Physical Education. This article through interviews, literature, questionnaire method Yinan elementary physical education in the investigation and analysis of sports games. Survey results show Yinan primary school sports games, there are still the following problems: Yinan County Primary School sports games overall unreasonable; sports game content and less organized sports activities, not many; primary school sports teacher weak; school leaders, teachers not enough emphasis on sports games; sports games in physical education teaching evaluation could not be reflected. Therefore, it is recommended: to set a more reasonable sports game mechanics; rich game content; actively organize sports games; introduction and training better teachers; school leaders and teachers should change their attitude towards sports games; create a reasonable evaluation of sports games system.
