Working method and structural feature Working method The equipment consists of FYQ-50 electric hydraulic jack and assembler specially made by SINOMA. Every piece of chain send by SINOMA to client is 2m. Hydraulic jack support power fitting diameter into chains. Assembler has the function of clamping and location. Before installation, assembler should be assembled and plugged to power. Fit guide pin into connective hole of two piece of chain. Electric hydraulic jack fits diameter into connective hole, and extrudes guide pin at the same time. Pushed out the connecting pin with a guide pin when uninstall the chain. Then remove the guide pin. Structural feature Structural feature of chain The chains send by SINOMA are 2m per piece. Connective pins are send individually. Client shall connect chains on site. The structure of chain is seen as picture 1. Picture 1 Structure diagram of chain Structural feature of assembler Assembler consists of SF, screw, located block, nut(seen in picture 2). SF is used for connection between assembler and electric hydraulic jack. Located block is used for location in the process of installation. There is through-hole in the location block. When it comes to the fitting in of connective pin, guide pin was extruded through this hole. Picture 2 The structure diagram
