Methods Based on the IL-36αamino acid sequence, the secondary structure, hydrophilicity, flexibility and accessi- bility indexes of human IL-36αwere analyzed with bioinformatics tool and network servers. Combined the results ac- cording to these methods, the B-cell epitopes of IL-36αwere predicted. Results The predicted B-cell epitopes of hu- man interleukin-36αwere probably located in or adj acent to 8~ 12, 33~38, 111~ 116 and 143~ 149 aa in the N-terminal.
