Ｉn foreign relations ， AＳEAＮ continues to adhere to AＳEAＮ as the center and strengthen cooperation with dialogue partners. Ｈowever ， due to the different levels of economic development of member countries and the existence of a large gap between rich and poor ， AＳEAＮ still faces many challenges in the integration of construction.
