PID图（PID figure） The pipeline AND instrument flow chart, also known as PID, is short for PIPING AND INSTRUMENTATION diagrams. The design of PID is completed on the basis of PFD. It is an important process from process flow to engineering construction design in the engineering design of chemical plant. It is the basis of plant installation and design.
