心电图诊断要点（An electrocardiogram diagnosis point） One. Normal sinus rhythm and sinus arrhythmias Normal sinus rhythm diagnosis Direction: 1. The P wave is vertical, P Ⅱ upright, PaVR inversion, P Ⅲ, aVF general is upright. 2. PR period: after each P wave, there is a QRS wave group, the PR period is 0.12 ~ 20 seconds, and in each heartbeat is constant. The rate and age of childrens PR is different, not less than normal or higher than normal. 3. PP interphase: not absolutely uniform, but the interphase difference between PP 0.12 seconds. 4. Atrial frequency: 60 ~ 100 times/min. The heart rate of children not exceeding normal age group is 95% or not less than 5% of normal age group. Sinus bradycardia diagnosis Direction: 1. The P wave is vertical, P Ⅱ upright, PaVR inversion, P Ⅲ, aVF general is upright. 2. PR period: after each P wave, there is a QRS wave group, the PR period is 0.12 ~ 20 seconds, and in each heartbeat is constant. The rate and age of childrens PR is different, not less than normal or higher than normal. 3. P wave frequency 60 times/min, but rarely 40 times/min. The childrens heart rate is below the following range: more than 100 times per year, more than 80 times in 1 to 6 years, and more than 60 times over 6 years. 4. May be accompanied with sinus arrhythmia, knot sexual escape, etc. Diagnosis of sinus tachycardia Direction: 1. The P wave is vertical, P Ⅱ upright, PaVR inversion, P Ⅲ, aVF general is upright. 2.
