Technology Center of Laigang Group Co Ltd, Laiwu, 271104, Shandong, China) Abstract: T he deformat ion resistance of the weathering st eel during hot deformat ion has been studied using MMS100SIMULAT OR, and the relat ionship among deformation t em perat ure, strain rate, degree of deformation and deformation resistance has been determined. The results show t hat the deformation resistance is affected re markably by both st rain rate and deformation temperature, the deformation resistance decreases w it h t he increase of temperature, and it increases w ith the increase of strain rate. T he model of the deformation resist ance of w eath ering st eel is calculated by measured value and it has higher fitting precision.
