EC2500C型发动机改燃LPG的排放性能及空燃比控制策略研究

摘 要 进行分析后,结果表明:I{c和N0的排放随着转速的升高逐渐降低,并且随着功率的升高而 升高。发动机低速运转时,采用稀薄燃烧,空燃比控制在1.05~1.10的范围内,Hc的排放 较小:发动机较高转速运转时.发动机不论是否采用稀薄燃烧,Hc的排放量均很小。低速 高负荷时N0的排放较大,高速低负荷时N0排放较小。发动机使用LPG后,CO的排放大幅 度降低,而且随着空燃比的增加继续降低。根据分析的结论得到空燃比控制策略:发动机输 山功率小于额定功率的70%n},空燃比控制在1.05~1.10的范围内;发动机的输出功率超过 额定功率的70%时,发动机高速运转,并采用理论空燃比的运行方式。 关键词:LPG发动机 占空比空燃比 控制策略 Abstract This the onHonda paperpresentsexperimentEC2500Cengine withLPG.With fueliing the ofthe analysisengineemissionofHC,NO.CO,theresultshowedthattheemission ofHCandNOdecreased withtheincrementof gradually engine andincreased speed withtheincrementof the power.Whenenginerunningatlow mixturewas speed,lean adapted.Theairfueiratiowascontrolledbetween1.05~1.10.the emissionofthe liCwassmall:Whenthe in enginerunninghighspeed.nomatterwhetherthelean mixturewas emissionofHCwas small.TheemissionofNOwas adapted。the always inconditionsoflow and loadandwassmalI high speedheavy inconditionsofhigh speedand1ightload.WhentheengineUSingLPG,theemissionofCOwasreduced andcantinued withtheincrementofair greatly decreasing fuelratio.Basingon the airfuelratiocontrol is result,the strategyconeluded:whenthe outputpower of islessthan70%oftherated airfuelratiobetween1.05~ engiGe power.the 1.10is the
