固相微萃取搅拌棒的制备及应用初探.docVIP

摘　要 【摘要】以二乙基三胺为固化剂，聚乙二醇(PEG 1540)为致孔剂，按一定比例与环氧树脂混合后，在无扰动模式下缓慢聚合。反应结束后用去离子水浸泡除去致孔剂，成功地得到了环氧树脂-二乙烯三胺整体柱。环氧树脂-二乙烯三胺整体柱是三维网状化合物，国内外少见报道，具有较好的研究价值。以此作为固相萃取搅拌棒，以1ug/ml孔雀石绿为萃取对象，结合紫外分光光度计建立了用于水溶液中富集分离测定方法。 研究了萃取时间、搅拌棒转速、介质pH对吸附效率的影响，还研究了解吸液的选择和解析方法对解析效率的影响。 【关键词】固相微萃取；搅拌棒；环氧树脂整体柱；孔雀石绿；分光光度。 Preparation and AppLication of stir bar sorptive extraction Abstract 【ABSTRACT】With diethyl thiamine as curing agent, polyethylene glycol (PEG 1540) as the porogen, mixed with the epoxy resin in proportion and polymerized in the absence of disturbance mode.
