2017届毕业设计说明书课题名称：《北京地铁车门机械系统的检修》摘　　要随着城市化进程的加快,地铁交通迅速发展并逐渐在现代城市交通中担任着越来越重要的角色。由于受到其自身发车短间隔、运量大的特点,地铁车辆必须在较短的停车时间内迅速完成乘客上下车,所以塞拉门系统因其良好的综合性能被广泛使用。但是由于其结构复杂,安装困难,开关门动作繁复,所以塞拉门可靠性问题一直饱受诟病。本文详细介绍了塞拉门的基本工作原理、组成，重点介绍了塞拉门系统的检修和调试，检修则深入了解塞拉门各个故障的发生原因和解决办法，通过对地铁车辆在实际运营过程中所发生的塞拉门故障进行分析和总结,绘制出地铁车辆塞拉门故障树,并且对其进行化简与合并,得出塞拉门哪些部件故障率较高，针对于塞拉门系统高危害度故障模式的检修建议和维护保养方案。关键词：塞拉门系统 检修调试 维护保养ABSTRACTWith the speeding up of urbanization process, the rapid development and gradually subway traffic in modern city traffic holds more and more important role. Due to its short interval grid, large capacity, the characteristics of metro vehicle must be finished parking in a shorter period of time quickly getting, so the plug door system is widely used because of its good comprehensive performance.
