摘 要 中国加入了WTO，随着经济、科技全球化进程的加快，以及我国社会主义市 场经济的不断完善，企业所面临的竞争形势越来越严峻，每个企业都必须认清形 势，从战略的角度谋求一条适合自己的生存发展道路。企业战略研究的目的就是 要根据外部环境的变化和企业的自身条件，做出判断和选择，及时调整和找出既 适合企业自身发展又满足社会需要的发展战略。 潍坊亚星集团有限公司是一个典型的大中型国有企业.由于历史的原因，包 袱较重，在市场经济的条件下，又面临着严峻的竞争形势，机构过于臃肿，办事 效率低下，使企业发展缓慢，经济效益有所下滑，企业前途令人担优。 本文遵循现代管理思想，通过查诗大量文献资料，采用理论联系实际、调查 研究、统计分析和预测等方法，it过对企业内外部环境的分析，明确了企业发展 所面临的机会和威胁以及企业所具有的优势和劣势，提出了发展企业核心竞争 力，沿产品链发展，以精细化工产品为主业的企业发展战略，并制定了相应的方 案和措施，这些方案和措施都是从企业实际出发，具有很强的针对性和可操作性， 希望以此对企业的发展有所指导，井力图对国内的同类企业的发展有所借鉴。 关键词:化工产品;战略;研究 Abstract WithChinasentryintoWTO,accelerationofscientificandtechnological globalization,strengtheningofChinassocialistmarketeconomy,Chineseenterprises areconrfontedwithmoreandmoreseverecompetition.Eachenterprisemusthave clearadjustmentoncurrentsituationandastrategicroadmapforsurvivaland developmentadaptedtotheenterpriseitself.Thepurposeoftheresearchonenterprise strategyistomakeproperadjustmentsanddecisionsbasedontheexternal environmentalvariationsandself-advantagesoftheenterpriseandtoadjustandfind outnecessarydevelopmentstrategiesbothadaptedtoself-developmentofthe enterpriseandsocialrequirement.
