　　　　　现代生物医学进展　　　Progress in Modern Biomedicine　　　2006　Vo .6　No.7　　　　　 ·49 · 捏脊与按摩促进腹部术后胃瘫病人康复效果观察 刘素琴 (安阳市第三人民医 外科　河南 安阳455000) 摘要　目的:探讨促进腹部术后胃瘫病人康复的有效方法。方法:将 152 例术后胃瘫病人按入 的先后顺序分为观察组和 对照组各76 例。对照组采用一般疗法即肠内营养, 饮依调理、血糖和电解质监测。观察组在一般治疗的基础上采用捏脊与按摩 疗法。两周为一疗程, 均治疗两个疗程后对两组治疗效果进行统计学处理(X2 检验)。结果:观察组于治疗四周内胃肠功能全部 恢复, 整体疗效优于对照组(P0.01)具有非常显著性差异。结论:捏脊与按摩是促进腹部术后胃瘫病人康复的有效方法。 关键词:腹部手术;胃排空;胃瘫;中医疗法;捏脊;按摩;康复 中图分类号:R656　文献标识码:A Effect of Chiropractics and Massage on Patients with Gastroplegia after Operation on Abdominal Region LIU S u-qin (Dep artment of S urgery , The Th ird Peop le s Hosp ital of A nyang, A nyang 455000, Henan, China ) ABS RAC Objective:To study eff ective methods of promoting the rehabi itation of the patients with gastrop egia(GP)after operation on abdomina region(OAR). 152 with GP after OAR, in hospita ized order, were divided into treatment group(n=76)and contro Methods: group(n=76).The contro group was given genera therapy (i.e.entera nutrition, monitoring of BG and e ectro yte);on the basis of which, the treatment group w as added chiropractics and massage.A course of treatment w as two w eeks.After tw o courses of treatment, the therapeutic effects of the tw o groups w ere statistica y ana ysed(x2 test ).Results:After two courses of treatment, in the treatment group, the gastrointestina func- tion of the patients w as tota y recovered, its tota therapeutic eff ect w as superior to that of the contro group;there w as significant difference be- tween the tw o groups(P0.01).Conclusion:Chiropractics and massage are eff ective methods w hich can promote the rehabi itation of the pa-
