密 级 公开 学 号 111094 毕 业 设 计（论 文） 中美基金会信息披露比较研究 ——以中国教育发展基金会和 美国福特基金会为例 院（系、部）： 经管学院 姓 名： 张雨浓 年 级： 2011级 专 业： 会计学 指导教师： 马葵 教师职称： 教授 2015年5月29日·北京 摘要 基金会是我国慈善事业的重要组成部分，但其发展历史仅有20余年。在这20余年中，我国基金会事业取得很大的成就，但与此同时也存在着一定的问题。面对中国红十字基金会风波、汶川地震物资使用问题等负面影响，基金会信息披露成为社会所关心的话题。而美国基金会发展时间较长，在信息披露方面有很高的参考价值。 本文选取中国教育发展基金会、美国福特基金会两家优秀基金会作对比。首先回顾总结国内外关于中美基金会财务信息披露的观点论述，再通过介绍中美基金会发展沿革了解两者发展历史。根据信息披露要素理论，从基本信息披露，活动信息披露，捐款信息披露，财务信息披露，日常信息披露五个方面对两家基金会进行评论，找出双方的不足，查漏补缺，进而提出我国基金会今后改进的方向。 本文的创新之处在于切入视角新颖，从中美对比的角度对信息披露进行案例分析，充实了国内对基金会信息披露的对比研究及量化研究。不足之处在于比较指标选择难免有所疏漏。 关键词：基金会，信息披露，中美对比 Abstract The foundation is an important part of philanthropy in China, but its development is only 20 years of history. In the 20 years, Chinas fund industry has made great achievements, but at the same time there are also some problems. In the face of the Red Cross Foundation Chinese storm, Wenchuan earthquake supplies use negative effects; the foundation of information disclosure has become a topic of concern to the society. The American foundation development for a long time, have a very high reference value in information disclosure. This paper selects Chinese education development foundation, America Ford foundation two good foundations for comparison. The first reviews of views on Sino US fund of financial information disclosure at home and abroad, and then through the introduction of Sino US fund development and evolution of the understanding of their history. According to the information disclosure elements theory, from basic information disclosure, information disclosure activities, donations information disclosure, financial information disclosure, the daily information disclosure of five aspects: comment on the two foundation, find out the lack of both sides, leak filled, and then put forward our country foundation improvement direction in the future.
