Smart phones have become an indispensable tool in life , and constantly improve its peoples living standards and lifestyle. Weather information is one of the most essential information in peoples life, bringing more convenience to people’s life.For example, when temperature suddenly plunged, hiking destination need to know the weather ,or consider whether to take an umbrella before go out , all of this are required to obtain information through weather forecasts. In this paper, the design and development of the Android mobile phone weather forecast software is also an idea to develop the application of it , the system can expand to daily life use of mobile devices . The title of Android phone weather forecast software in this article is the most clever weather (JQ Weather), whose main function is to accurately check the temperature range of the days other county-level , real-time temperature , weather conditions , etc., Its named as the most clever of the software aims to provide the most lightweight and weather information , making it easier for customers to read the weather. There are a lot more mature platforms of the weather forecast on the Internet , such as Sina weather , Yahoo Weather , China weather. The necessity of mobile terminal development is provide the convenience of users, the information during the data in 2015 , the frequency using of mobile terminal products gradually increased , so developers can carry a weather forecast software that enable people to
