RTTE 培训资料 RTTE简介 RTTE包括两个方面，一是RE：Radio Equipment无线产品（比如手机）；二是TTE：Telecommunication Terminal Equipment 电信终端设备； 根据这两个方面，RTTE产品可以分为三类： 单纯的RE产品，比如手机、对讲机、无线鼠标、无线键盘、车载遥控器等； 单纯的TTE产品，比如有绳电话、有线Modem等； 既是RE产品、又是TTE产品，比如无绳电话、无线Modem等。 什么是RE？ 根据RTTE指令（1999/5/EC）Article 2 c）定义如下： ‘Radio Equipment’ means a product, or relevant component thereof, capable of communication by means of the emission and /or reception of radio waves utilizing the spectrum allocated to terrestrial/space radio communication; “无线产品”是指（1）使用分配到陆地/空间无线通讯频谱；（2）通过发射并且/或者接收无线电波来实现通讯的的设备或部件（比如无线模块，属于无线产品的一部分）。 什么是TTE？ 根据RTTE指令（1999/5/EC）Article 2 b）定义如下： ‘Telecommunication Terminal Equipment’ means a product enabling communication or a relevant component thereof which is intended to be connected directly or indirectly by any means whatsoever to interfaces of public telecommunications networks (that is to say, telecommunications networks used wholly or partly for the provision of publicly available telecommunications services); “电信终端设备”是指直接或间接连接到公共电信网络（比如PSTN：Public Switched Telephone Network）进行通信的设备或部件。 什么叫无线电波？ 根据RTTE指令（1999/5/EC）Article 2 d）定义如下： ‘Radio Wave’ means electromagnetic waves of frequencies from 9kHz to 3000GHz, propagated in space without artificial guide; “无线电波”是指频率在9kHz到3000GHz范围内的电磁波。 RTTE的基本要求 根据RTTE指令（1999/5/EC）Article 3，基本要求（Essential Requirements）如下： The following essential requirements are applicable to all apparatus:（以下要求使用到所有RTTE产品） the protection of the health and the safety of the user and any other person, including the objectives with respect to safety requirements contained in Directive 73/23/EEC, but with no voltage limit applying ;对用户和其他人的健康（比如手机的SAR要求EN50360）和安全（比如手机的安规要求EN60950-1）的保护，就设计到73/23/EEC指令，也就是LVD指令，但没有电压极限要求 the protection requirements with respect to electromagnetic compatibility contained in Directive 89/336/EEC; 要适合EMC指令的要求（比如手机，EN301489-7） In addition, radio equipment shall be so constructed that it effective uses the spectrum allocated to terrestrial/space radio
