Plant breeders are enthusiastic about the capacity of biplot analysis in helping them to understand their research data visually, considering the use of biplots as a right way to genotype-by-environment interaction analyses. Admittedly, some users of biplot analysis are not always clear on how to select a proper type of biplot for a particular research objective and how to interpret a biplot correctly and accu- rately. In order to enable agricultural researchers have an objective and comprehensive under- standing to biplot analysis, this paper introduced biplot analysis for crop varieties evaluation us- ing multi-location test data by some examples, mainly covers two issues: (1) how to choose a proper GGE biplot (genotype + genotyp
