Withthesocialreformationandtheprosperousdevelopmentofeducation,teacher
educationhasbecomeafocusofeducationalresearch intheworld,andithasbecomeone
oftheimportanttendencyofteachereducationtopayattentiontotheteacherdevelopment.
Thisrequireshigherandfreshermoralqualiyttomeettheneedofteacherdevelopment.But
inrecentyears,mediahasexposedsomebehaviourswhicharecontrarytoteachers
professionalethics.Andthishasbecomeinhomogeneouswiththeeducationalreformation
andteacherdevelopment.Thoughtheseareonlyindividualphenomena,theydiddoharm
toteachersimagesinpublicandrestrictteachersdevelopment.Thishasarousedwhole
societysattention.Onthesametime,thereremainalotofproblems,suchaslackoftheory
andinefficiencyinpractices,whichleadtheeducationofteachersprofessionalethicsunfit
forthenewrequirements.Therefore,wechoosethisresearchsubject.Wehopetheresearch
andstudywillbebeneficialtothereformationofeducationalethics,sowemaypromotethe
teachersdevelopment.
