中西医结合保守治疗异位妊娠的临床探究.pdfVIP

提 要 目的：总结中西医结合治疗异位妊娠的经验和临床疗效。方法：对符合纳入标准 的117例住院患者的年龄、停经时间、入院时阴道有无流血及时间、B超下妊娠包块 最大直径、血β-HCG、有无腹痛等进行临床分析，观察治疗前后妊娠包块的变化及年 龄、停经时间、阴道流血、血β-HCG、有无腹痛对疗效的影响。结果：117 例患者治 愈 81 例，好转 17 例，无效 19 例。结论：中西医结合保守治疗异位妊娠的总有效率 为 83.76%，其在杀胚、降血β-HCG、缩小包块方面有明显的疗效，中西医结合保守 治疗为临床治疗异位妊娠的有效途径之一。 关键词 中西医结合；保守治疗；异位妊娠；临床研究 The Clinical Study of Conservative Treating Ectopic Pregnancy withIntegrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine Speciality：Clinical study of Gynecology of Traditional Chinese Medicine Graduate ：Zhang Chunyan Tutor ：Prof. Wang Dongmei Abstract Objective: To summarize the Experience and efficacy in clinical treatment of ectopic pregnancy with TCM-WM. Methods: To analysis clinically the 88 cases of Patients who measured up to criteria, including the age ，when menstruating stopping ，Whether and how long vaginal bleeding , the Maximum diameter of the Pregnancy mass in type-B ultrasonic, blood β-HCG , Whether the abdominal pain, etc. To observe the Pregnancy mass changes before and after treatment ，and the Impact on efficacy，including the age， when menstruating stopping ，Whether and how long vaginal bleeding ，β-HCG , Whether the abdominal pain.Results: The 117 cases of patients had 81 cured cases, 17 cases of improved, 19 cases of invalid. Conclusion: The total effective rate was 83.76% in treatment of ectopic pregnancy with TCM-WM. It has significant efficacy in aspect of killing embryos, lowering of blood β-HCG, narrowing the mass.
