参丹宁胃汤治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎癌前病变的临床探究.pdfVIP

提 要 目的：观察参丹宁胃汤治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎癌前病变，中医辨证为气虚血瘀型的 临床疗效，并从理论和临床两个方面探讨参丹宁胃汤治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎癌前病变的 机制。方法：临床选择符合纳入标准的慢性萎缩性胃炎癌前病变患者60 例，随机分 为两组，试验组（30 例）给予参丹宁胃汤，对照组（30 例）给予胃复春，两组均以 3 个月为一疗程，共观察2 个疗程。观察两组的临床疗效。结果：临床研究显示，试 验组综合疗效、中医证候疗效、胃镜疗效、病理疗效等均优于对照组（P0.05 或 P0.01 ）。试验组能明显改善胃脘部痞满、胃痛、纳差、食少、便溏等症状，其疗效 优于对照组（P0.05 或P0.01 ）。两组治疗期间均未发生不良反应。结论：参丹宁胃 汤是治疗气虚血瘀型慢性萎缩性胃炎癌前病变的有效方剂，能够消除或改善临床症 状，促使粘膜病变的恢复，缓解患者的痛苦。 关键词 参丹宁胃汤；慢性萎缩性胃炎癌前病变；气虚血瘀；临床研究 The Study of Shendanningweitang in Treating Precancerous Lesions of Chronic Atrophic Gastritis in Clinic Speciality：Digestive System Disease Internal Medicine of TCM Athour ：Su Min Tutor：Professor LuGuangchao Abstract Objective ：Study the effects of Shendanningweitang （SDNWT ） in treating precancerous lesions of chronic atrophic gastritis （CAG ） in Clinic. Methods ：The 30 patients of precancerous lesions of CAG were treated with SDNWT and the clinical and pathological effects were contrasted with those of the 30 patients treated withWeifuchunablet. Symptoms and signs of each group were observed before and after the treatment ，including gastroscopic and pathologic observing.3 months were set as a course of treatment.The clinical effects of each group were observed during 2 course. Results ：Data of the clinical research showed that the effective rate of SDNWT was significantly higher than Weifuchun Tblet （P0.05 或P0.01 ）. There was significant difference between the SDNWT group and the Weifuchun group (p0.01 or p0.05). Conclusions ：SDNWT is the effective remedy of treating precancerous lesions of CAG. ， it can moderate clinical symptom， promote recoverment of pathological changes ，alleviate the patients’ sufferings rapidly.
