内陆核电耗水指标浅析 Water consumption indexes analysis for Inland nuclear power stations 郭有 曹佑群 先涛 张成荣 Guo-you Cao-youqun Xian-tao Zhang-Chengrong （国核电力规划设计研究院，北京 100094 ） (State Nuclear Electric Power Planning Design Research Institute, Beijing 100094) 摘要：本文分析了内陆核电厂相关系统的用水和耗水情况，探讨了影响耗水量的主要因素，并给出了某内 陆核电厂两台机组用水和耗水量等参考数据。在对常规火电和市政耗水指标分析的基础上，基于内陆核电 机组通常担任基荷，没有出力限制等特点，建议为内陆核电厂设置日耗水和年耗水两个耗水评估和控制指 标，并分北方和南方两区给出了耗水控制指标建议值，供水资源主管部门、业主和核电设计人员参考。 Abstract: This paper analyzes the water use and consumption in related systems of inland nuclear power station, discusses the main factors affecting water consumption, and gives reference data in a certain inland nuclear power plant with two units. On the basis of the analysis of conventional thermal power and municipal water consumption indicators, considering the characteristics that the inland nuclear power generating units normally serve as base load without the restrictions, it is recommended to set the daily and annual water consumption indexes as water consumption indexes and control indicators for inland nuclear power station. Recommended values are given for north and south regions, which can be references for the water resource management department, the owner and nuclear power designers. 关键词：内陆核电 水资源 日耗水指标 年耗水指标 Keywords: Inland nuclear power station; water resources; Daily water consumption index; Year water consumption index 1 前言 目前国内规划和即将开工建设的内陆核电厂均采用AP1000 堆型，厂址规划 容量通常为 4×1250MW 。常规岛循环水系统采用带自然通风冷却塔的二次循环 供水系统，厂用水系统（与核安全无关）采用带机力通风冷却塔的二次循环供水 系统。核电厂运行期间耗水主要包括：常规岛循环水和核岛厂用水系统的冷却塔 蒸发、风吹损失和循环水排污；除盐水用户耗水；生活杂用水等。 内陆核电厂是耗水大户，据测算，内陆核电机组耗水量约为同容量采用湿冷 冷却方式火电机组的 1.5 倍左右，四台 AP1000 核电机组日最大耗水量约为 4 [ 1 ] 50×10 t ，相当于一座百万人口城市的日耗水量 。 内陆核电厂水资源消耗对核电厂初投资和安全、经济运行影响很大，并会对 核电厂所在地的社会、经济发展产生较大影响。耗水指标是水资源主管部门用于 开展水资源规
