Before repair the digital circuit, therefore, should first have special electronic maintenance necessary to digital circuit testing instrument, generally are: DMMS, logic probes, logic pulse source, pulse oscilloscope, current tracker, logic analyzer and other dedicated testing equipment. The output of any moment of the combinational logic circuit depends on the input of the moment, regardless of the input from the previous time. Common combination logic circuit have encoder, decoder, half adder, full adder, relatively simple structure, maintenance can be according to the logic function of the circuit, through the logic pulse source excitation signal as input, use multimeter or logic probe test circuit output state ( high level , low level, or high impedance), to determine the stand or fall of specific cell circuit.
