气象灾害应急预案响应标准（Response criteria for meteorological disaster response plan） Response criteria for meteorological disaster response plan (1) typhoon 1. Grade Ⅳ response. When the central meteorological observatory releases a typhoon orange alert, it is expected that tropical storms will land or affect Chinas coastal areas in the future. Or tropical storms have already had an impact on our coastal seas and continents. 2. Ⅲ magnitude response. When the central meteorological observatory issued a typhoon orange alert, it is expected that a strong tropical storm will land or affect Chinas coastal areas in the future. Or a strong tropical storm has had a major impact on coastal seas and on land. 3. Grade Ⅱ response. When the central meteorological station announces the typhoon red alert, it is expected that there will be typhoons, powerful typhoons landing or affecting Chinas coastal areas in the future. Or typhoons and typhoons have had a major impact on Chinas coastal waters and land. 4. Ⅰ magnitude response. When the central meteorological station announces the typhoon red alert, it is expected that super typhoon will land or affect Chinas coastal areas in the future. Or super typhoon has had a particularly significant impact on Chinas coastal waters and land. (2) the rainstorm  1. Grade Ⅳ response. When the central meteorological observatory issued an orange alert for rainstorms, it is expected to meet the orange alert for heavy rain in most areas within the next 24 hours. Or the above weather has appeared, and one of the following situations occurs: Rainstorm may or may have caused the urban and rural waterlogging, which has some impact on transportation, railway, communication and mass production and living. - two or more provinces (districts, municipalities) with general flooding. -- great river main river dry river embankment danger. -- large and medium-sized reservoirs are in danger. 2. Ⅲ magnitude response. Orange alarm when the central meteorological observatory
