基于虚拟学习社区家校互动探析【摘要】 作为寄宿制学校，学校教育管理的封闭式倾向容易导致家庭教育的弱化和缺失，家长很难尽父母教育之责，也易推脱自己的教育责任。其实，要让学生健康地成长，学校的教育活动需要家长的参与。为此，于2003年3月，我校牵手北京师范大学网络教育实验室(即现在的“知识科学与工程研究所”)，共同申报了全国教育科学十五规划重点课题《基于学习策略的虚拟学习社区研究》，并成功开发了“嘉信西山小学虚拟学习社区”平台。平台的构建不仅实现了校园的数字化管理，更大大地改变了老师的教与学生的学的方式。将学校教育、家庭教育与社区教育整合在一起，实现了教师、家庭、学生和社会之间高效便捷的沟通和互动，充分发挥了网络在教与学以及在信息存储、交流方面的功能，为寄宿制学校的信息技术教育应用提供了可借鉴的模式。“虚拟学习社区”的建立，开辟了学校与家庭教育工作的崭新领域，架起了沟通的空中彩桥，老师、家长、学生之间的联系更加“人性化”了，少了些告状，多了点沟通，体现了全天候、全方位、多层次地关爱学生的新理念。通过校园网的交流，拉近了寄宿学校家长和学生、家长和老师、家长和家长之间的距离。 【关键词】 家庭教育；学校教育管理；虚拟学习社区 【Abstract】As the boarding school，the school edition management enclosed tendency is easy to cause the home education the attenuation and the flaw，responsibility of the guardian very difficult completely parents education，also is easy to shirk own education responsibility. The platform constructed not only has realized the campus digitized management，greatly changed teacher’s teaching with the student study way.
