ChineseMedicalJournal2013：126fi9 3767 Review article InterventionstoimprovechroniccyclosporineAnephrotoxicity throughinhibitingrenalcellapoptosis：asystematicreview XIAO Zheng，LICheng—wen，SHAN Juan，LUO Lei，FENG Li，LUJun，LISheng—fu，LONG DanandLIYou-ping Keywords：cyclosporineA,interventions，r‘enalcellsapoptosis，’chroniccyclosporineAnephrotoxicity Objective TorevealinterventionsforchroniccyclosporineAnephrotoxicity(CCN)andprovidenewtargetsforfurther studies。weanalyzedalIrelevantstudiesaboutinterventionsinrenalcelIapoptosis． DatasourcesWecollectedallrelevantstudiesaboutinterventionsofrcyclosporineAfCsA)一inducedrenalcelIapoptosis inMedline(1966toJuly201O)，Embase(1980toJuly2010)andJSI(1986toJuly2010)，evaluatedtheirquality，extracted datafollowingPICOSprinciplesandsynthesizedthedata． Study selection WeincludedallrelevantstudiesaboutinterventionsinCsA．inducedrenaIcelfapoptosisno limitation ofresearchdesignandlanguage)andexcludedtheduplicatedarticles，meetingabstractsandreviewswithoutspecific data． ResultsTherewerethreekindsofintervention，includeanti—oxidant(sulfatedpoIysaccharides，teapolyphenols，apigenin， curcumin，spirulina，etc)，biologics(recombinanthumanerythropoietin(rhEPO)，amurinepan—specifictransforminggrowth factor(TGF)-beta-neutralizingmonoclonalantibody1D11，cartilageoligomericmatrixprotein(COMP)一angiopoietin-1 andhepatocytegrowthfactor(HGF)gene)，andotherdrugs(spironolactone，rosiglitazone，pirfenidoneandcolchicine)． TheseinterventionssignificantlyimprovedtheCCN，renalcellapoptosisandrenaldysfunctionthroughinterveninginfour apoptoticpathwaysinanimalsorprotectedrenalcellsfr0m apoptosisinducedbyCsA and increasedcellsurvivalthrough respectivelyfourpathwaysinvitro． ConclusionsTherearethreegroup interventionsforCCN．Especiallyanti-oxidantdrugscansignificantlyimprove CCN，renalcellapoptosisandrenaldysfunction．M
