中国封闭式基金折价的联动效应分析

［摘要］先从实证的角度来检验我国封闭式基金存在折价联动效应，并进一步从投资者风险态度
的角度出发来检验我国封闭式基金折价的联动性。得出：封闭式基金在刚发行时存在溢价现象，
但随后呈折价现象，这可能是因为成本因素的影响；我国封闭式基金折价存在联动效应，并且相
关系数较高，部分基金的折价率与加权折价指数之间存在协整关系；我国封闭式基金折价率的
联动性受到投资者风险态度的影响。

Abstract: This article firstly verified the existence of discount co-movement effects in China ’s closed-end fund from the em－
pirical perspective ，and further tested the co-movement effects from the angle of investors ’attitude to the risk. The results
showed: there was premium at the beginning of issuing closed-end funds ，but discount would follow ，which probably was af－
fected by the cost factor ；the discount of China ’s closed-end funds had co-movement effects and the related coefficient was
rather high ；the discount rate of some funds had co-integration relationship with the value-weighted index of discount ；the
co-movement of discount rate of China ’s closed-end funds was influenced by the investors ’risk a
