止吐药联合穴位注射防治化疗引起的胃肠道反应的疗效视察.pdfVIP

提 要 目的：观察止吐药联合穴位注射防治化疗引起的恶心、呕吐及食欲减退等胃肠 道反应的临床疗效。 方法：将 60 例恶性肿瘤患者随机分为两组，其中观察组 30 例，对照组 30 例， 两组化疗前均予以昂丹司琼 8mg 静脉滴注，观察组加用穴位注射法，观察一个化疗 周期，比较两组患者不同时段恶心、呕吐及食欲减退的程度，比较两组化疗前后卡 氏评分变化的情况。 结果：止吐药联合穴位注射可有效防治化疗引起的恶心、呕吐，改善患者的食 欲，有效维护患者的生存质量。 结论：止吐药联合穴位注射可有效防治化疗引起的胃肠道反应，是维护恶性肿 瘤患者生存质量的可选方案之一。 关键词 穴位注射；胃肠道反应；疗效观察 Observasion of Curative Effect of Point-injection therapy Combined with the Antiemetic drug on Preventing and Treating the Gastrointestinal Side Reactions due to Chemotherapy Speciality: Clinical internal medicine of TCM Western medicine Author: Wang Wenjing Tutor: Professor Qi Yuanfu Abstract Objective: Observe the curative effects of the point-injection therapy combined with the antiemetic drug on preventing and treating the gastrointestinal side reactions due to chemotherapy,such as nausea,vomiting and decreased food appetite.
