第 1 8 卷 第 8 期 辽宁中医药大学学报 Vol. 18 No. 8 2016 年 8 月 JOURNAL OF LIAONING UNIVERSITY OF TCM Aug .，2016 DOI：10.13194/j.issn.1673-842x.2016.08.032 乌司他丁配合中药灌肠治疗对急性胰腺炎患者血清TNF-α及IL-2水平影响研究 张莉 （石家庄第一医院，河北 石家庄 050011 ） 目的：探讨乌司他丁配合中药灌肠治疗对急性胰腺炎患者血清TNF-α及IL-2水平的影响。方法： 摘 要： 收集我院急性胰腺炎患者的50例，随机分为实验组与对照组，各25例，对照组患者给予乌司他丁，实验组患者在对 照组的治疗基础上配合中药灌肠治疗。比较两组患者血清肿瘤坏死因子-α（TNF-α）、白细胞介素2（IL-2）、 白细胞介素6（IL-6）、白细胞介素8（IL-8）及血清脂肪酶（Lipase，LPS）及两组临床总有效率。结果：治疗结束 后两组患者血清TNF-α、IL-6、IL-8及LPS降低（P 0.05），IL-2水平升高（P 0.05）；与对照组相比，实验组血清 TNF-α、IL-6、IL-8及LPS较低（P 0.05）；IL-2水平较高（P 0.05）；临床总有效率较高（P 0.05）。结论：乌司他丁 配合中药灌肠对急性胰腺炎的治疗可能是通过调节TNF-α、IL-2 、IL-6、IL-8及LPS水平实现的。 关键词：乌司他丁；中药灌肠；急性胰腺炎；肿瘤坏死因子-α；白细胞介素2 ( ) 中图分类号：R576 文献标志码：A 文章编号：1673-842X 2016 08- 0103- 03 Effect of Serum Levels of IL-2 and TNF-α by Ulinastatin Combined with Traditional Chinese Medicine Enema in Patients with Acute Pancreatitis ZHANG Li （The First Hospital of Shijiazhuang，Shijiazhuang 050011，Hebei，China） Abstract：Objective ：To investigate the serum levels of IL-2 and TNF-α by ulinastatin combined with traditional Chinese medicine enema in patients with acute pancreatitis.
