清心安神颗粒治疗痰火扰心型抑郁症的临床视察.pdfVIP

提 要 目的：观察及评价清心安神颗粒治疗肝气郁结，痰火扰心型抑郁症安全性及有效 性。方法：临床选择符合纳入标准者病例42例，随机分为治疗组与对照组各21例病 人，治疗组口服疏肝解郁，清心化痰，安神定志法为主组成的清心安神颗粒合黛力新， 对照组服用黛力新，疗程各为8周，观察治疗前后临床症状和HAMD评分变化。 结果： 临床研究显示：治疗组总有效率为 95.24%，对照组总有效率 80.95%，治疗组效果显 著优于对照组（P0.05），清心安神颗粒对抑郁症以失眠、胸闷胁胀、心烦心悸等为 主要表现的治疗效果明显。 结论：清心安神颗粒合黛力新治疗肝气郁结，痰火扰心 型抑郁症优于单纯黛力新治疗且无不良反应。 关键词 抑郁症；清心安神颗粒；黛力新；痰火扰心；临床观察 Qingxin soothe the nerves of the particles in the treatment of depression clinical observation Speciality : Chinese medicine treatment of diseases of the nervous system research Author :Wang Wenming Tutor: Professor Wang Fade Abstract Objective:To observe and evaluate the treatment of liver stagnation particles Qingxin soothe the nerves of fire, Fire disturbance heart-shaped depression, the safety and efficacy.
