提 要 目的：本研究旨在通过对老年吸入性肺炎的证候特点进行归纳总结，探讨其证候 分型规律，从而指导临床实践，提高老年吸入性肺炎防治水平。 方法:本研究是在中医基础理论指导下，采用回顾性的流行病学调查方法。临床 研究以量表形式采集临床信息，选择2010年2月至 2011年1月期间山东中医药大学 第一附属医院呼吸内科、综合内科和千佛山医院呼吸内科患者既往已确诊为老年吸入 性肺炎者 80 例，对已采集的临床资料进行统计分析。分析老年吸入性肺炎的证候特 点，总结归纳老年吸入性肺炎的病因病机要点。 结果:老年吸入性肺炎常见证候有痰瘀互结、气阴两虚、痰热壅肺、痰浊阻肺、 热毒内陷、脾肺两虚，以气阴两虚、痰热瘀毒阻肺为特点。 结论:年老体弱、久病宿疾等原因损伤人体正气，气阴两虚，外邪乘虚侵袭，与 痰热瘀毒相合，壅滞于肺，是导致老年吸入性肺炎治疗困难的重要病因病机，提示虚 毒瘀仍是其病机要点。 关键词 老年吸入性肺炎；证候特点 The Study for the TCM Syndrome of Elderly Patients with Aspiration Pneumonia Speciality: internal medicine of TCM Author :Li Xia Tutor:Professor Chen Xianhai Abstract Objective: Sum up and compare by syndrome characteristic induction to elderly patients with aspiration pneumonia, discover syndrome differentiation rule,guide clinical practice.Methods: In a retrospective epidemiological investigation method,under the guidance of Chinese medicine theories.A measuring scale was designed to collect clinical data. Eighty cases from medical record library which from Feb,2010 to Jan,2011 meeting the diagnostic criteria were included.Then statistical analysis of the data was carried out.Analyse the syndrome characteristics of elderly patients with aspiration pneumonia, and then sum up the pathogenesis of elderly patients with aspiration pneumonia.Results: The elderly patients with aspiration pneumonia including syndrome of intermin-gled phlegm and blood stasis,syndrome of deficiency of both qi and yin,syndrome of phlegm-heat obstructing lung,syndrome of turbid phlegm obstructing lung,syndrome of interior invaded by heat-toxicity,deficiency of both lung and spleen.And the syndrome characteristics are syndrome deficiency of both qi and yin, syndrome of intermin-gled phlegm and blood stasis.Conclusio
