Second in the city planning area of state-owned land, because of urban construction needs demolition housing and other demolition should be applicable to these measures. Third of the measures taken by the demolition refers to the construction unit or individual to obtain removal permits. The term removed persons as mentioned in the present Measures refers to the lawful owners (including custodians, state owned houses and other personnel who should be demolished) and people who have been demolished houses and other demolition materials.
