论经济法的回应性（On the responsiveness of economic law） On the responsiveness of economic law Author: Liu Pusheng First, the current economic law characteristics of the status of reflection Since the study of economic law, more than 30 references have been made to the characteristics of economic law. (Note: see Wang Chenyan: on economic law elastic characteristics, jianghaiacademic journal in 1992 second.) Broadly speaking, they can be divided into the following categories: (1) focusing on dealing with the relationship between economic law and the neighboring legal departments, and dividing the standards of the legal departments as the characteristics of economic law. If some textbooks think that the characteristics of economic law is the difference between economic law and other legal departments. Accordingly, from the object of the adjustment of the legal department, the author compares the economic law and other departmental laws in terms of subject, adjustment object, scope, method and so on, and regards their differences as the characteristics of economic law. (2) focusing on revealing the unique function of economic law, taking certain functions of economic law as the characteristics of economic law. Some people think that the characteristics of economic law are regulatory and so on. (3) focusing on delineating the scope of economic law, taking the structural characteristics of economic law system as the characteristics of economic law. Some people believe that marginal, integrated and flexible are the characteristics of economic law. (4) generalized description. Some scholars have borrowed some of general legal characteristics of the statement, that the characteristics of economic law is the authority restriction, strict mandatory and clear; in some textbooks that economic law not only has the general characteristics of the common law continuity, stability and mandatory, and have their own characteristics, that is facing the economic field some people put the econom
