Penalty function is a dop ted to deal w ith con strain t condition s. Sp ecific genetic algorithm op erators are also de signed to con struct fit ne ss function. The op tim al con tro l of discrete tim e system is therefore realized. It is p roved that th is algorithm can converge not on ly qu ick ly bu t also to the op tim al so lu tion.
