郁金宁心汤治疗老年冠心病室性早搏的临床探究.pdfVIP

提 要 目的：通过临床观察，研究和探讨以疏肝调血、清火安神为法的郁金宁心汤治疗 老年冠心病室性早搏的临床疗效和作用机理。方法：将 60 例老年冠心病室早患者随 机分为观察组32例，予郁金宁心汤治疗，对照组28例，予稳心颗粒口服，疗程为8 周，观察治疗前后临床症状和实验室检查指标的变化。结果：经临床观察，郁金宁心 汤可明显改善患者的临床症状，其疗效与对照组有显著性差异(P0.05)。早搏次数两 组治疗前后均有明显减少，组间比较无显著性差异(P0.05)，观察组患者的血脂、内 皮功能、血流变等指标的改善明显优于对照组。结论：郁金宁心汤可显著改善患者的 临床症状和动态心电图表现，减少室性早搏发生频数，降低室性早搏的严重程度，同 时兼有改善心肌缺血，调节血脂、内皮功能、血流变等指标的作用。此试验肯定了郁 金宁心汤的临床疗效，丰富了中医药治疗老年冠心病室早的理论内容。 关键词 老年冠心病室性早搏；郁金宁心汤；临床观察 Clinical Study on Treating Premature Ventricular Beats (PVB) of Coronary Heart Disease (CHD) for the aged with yujinningxin decoction Specialty: Internal Medicine of Traditional Chinese Medicine Author: Wang Limin Tutor: Professor Wang Jingcun Abstract Objective: To confirm the value and the mechanism of dispersing the liver, adjusting the blood, nourishing yin and calming the nerves through the clinical observation of Premature Ventricular Beats of Coronary Heart Disease for the aged.
