钛板内固定结植骨治疗SandersⅡ、Ⅲ型跟骨骨折的疗效分析.pdfVIP

提 要 目的：评价钛板内固定结合植骨治疗 Sanders Ⅱ、Ⅲ型跟骨骨折的疗效。 方法：2009 年 4 月~2010 年 4 月收治 35 例（38 足）跟骨骨折，行钛板内固定结 合植骨治疗，其中男 32 例，女 3 例；年龄 17～60 岁，平均年龄 38.93 岁。根据 Sanders 分型，Ⅱ型 15 例 16 足，Ⅲ型 20 例 22 足。临床随访 12 个月~14 个月,平均随访时间 为 12.6 个月，定期 X 线片复查，观察跟骨骨折愈合以及 Bohler’s 角和 Gissane’s 角的恢复情况，并检查术后并发症和足部功能活动情况。 结果：术后Bohler ’s角及Gissane ’s角均恢复,骨折全部骨性愈合。按 Maryland 评定标准，优 23 足，良 11 足，可 4 足，差 0 足，优良率为 89.47%。有 1 例术后切 口渗出较多，无坏死,经换药后创面延迟愈合。 结论：选择钛板内固定结合植骨治疗 Sanders Ⅱ、Ⅲ型跟骨骨折，固定可靠稳定， 可有效填充缺损区，维持跟骨的高度、宽度和长度，早期功能锻炼，降低术后并发症 的发生率。 关键词 钛板；内固定；植骨；跟骨骨折 Treatment of Sanders Ⅱ、Ⅲ types of Calcaneus Fracture with Internal Fixation of Ti-Plate and Bone Transplantation Speciality：Orthopaedics of TCM Author ：Li Huanle Tutor：Prof. Qi Shangfeng Abstract Objective：To evaluate the results of treatment of Sanders Ⅱ、Ⅲ types of calcaneus fracture collapsed with internal fixation of Ti-Plate and bone transplantation .
