杨木棉秆复合无胶纤维板制备工艺初探

: 以杨木和棉秆为原料, 采用干法纤维板制备方法制成无胶木材/棉秆 合纤维板, 研究了杨木和棉秆纤维
比例热压温度以及活化剂添加量对板材性能的影响试验结果表明: 以木材和棉秆为原料, 不使用胶粘剂制造木
材/棉秆 合无胶纤维板是可行的随着棉秆比例的增加, 板材强度略有提高, 但吸水率也随之提高提高热压温
度和添加活化剂可以显著改善板材的吸水性

A bstract: The effects of proportion of pop lar and cotton straw, pressin tem perature and the conten t of the active a ent on
the properties of b inderless fiberboard from poplar and cotton straw w ith the dry-form in process in w ere investi ated in th is
paper prmi arily. The fiberboard from poplar and cotton straw w ithout any b inders show ed hi h stren th but poorwater resist-
ance properties, especially when increasin the proportion of cotton straw. W hile increasin pressin tem perature and
addin active a ents w ill mi prove the panelw ater resistance properties dram atically.
