实用预防医学 2008年6月 第15卷 第3期 Practical Preventive Medicine，Jun 2008，Vol 15，No．3 917 文章编号：1006—3110(2008)03 0917—02 【慢性病防治 】 KWL策略在高血压健康教育中的应用 薛海峰 ，闫 宏 摘要： 目的 运用KwL策略开展社区高血压健康教育，探索新的健康教育方法。 方法 采用分层抽样的方 法，选取35--70岁的高血压患者12O例，随机分为实验组和对照组。实验组采用KWL策略开展健康教育，对照组采用常 规方法。评价两种策略在社区高血压健康教育中的效果’。 结果 实验组高血压的知晓率高于对照组，差别有显著性(P 0．05)。 结论 KwL策略可有效提高高血压患者对高血压相关知识的认知，具有一定的科学性、可行性和实用性，值 得推广和应用。 关键词：KWL策略；高血压；健康教育 中图分类号：R544．1 文献标识码：A ， Application of KWL Strategy in Hypertension Health Education XUE Hal—feng，YAN Hong(Qiqihar Medical University， Qiqihar Fularji 161042，Heilong]iang，China) Abstract： obiective To develop hypertension health education iin community by the KWL strategy，and to explore a new method of health education． Methods A general intervention was made on 120 hypertension patients at the age of 35— 70 years who were randomly selected．They were assigned into the experimental group and the control group respectively． The KWL strategy was usedl in the experimental group and the conventionalI method was used in the control group．The results of hypertension health education of two kinds of strategies in community health service were comparedl and evaluated． Re- suits The awareness rate of hypertensionI knowledge in the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the con— trol group，and there was significant difference between the two groups(P0．05)． Conclusions The KWL strategy can effectively improvc the cognition of hypertension patients about the related knowledge of hypertension．It has certain science， feasibility and practicability，deserves pOpularizatiOn and application． Key words： KWL strategy；Hypertension；Health education 随着人民生活水平不断提高、生活节奏加快及膳食结构的 学生通过阅读获得主要信息的策
