从中国历史思考残疾人事业发展的思想文化基础 丘明峰　 北京大学人口研究所 【摘要】本文通过对陆德阳和日本稻森信昭先生的《中国残疾人史》的研读，重新梳理中国古代对“残疾”的定义、分类、成因、政策变迁和社会角色，总结出中国历朝历代残疾人政策及制度的脉络，摸索出残疾在中国古今思想文化变化的趋势，并结合了现时残疾人事业面临的新形势，强调了残疾人事业三足格局的发展潮流，对现实有借鉴意义。 关键词：中国历史　古代　封建社会　残疾　残疾人事业　NGO 【Abstract】This paper study the classic “History of China Disabled Persons” wrote by Mr. Lu and Mr. Inamor, and induces the definition, category, causes, policy and social characters of disability in Chinese culture.
