The black rock group (BlackRock) CEO Laurence - Fink (Laurence D. Fink) at the beginning of the month from the company got nearly $13 million worth of restricted shares and options. This is his 2010 bonus, similar to the 2009 bonus.
The annual bonus tradition has long been regarded as the most important employee incentive by Wall Street investment banks, and employees are willing to measure the annual performance of individuals and companies through bonuses.
According to Goldman submitted to United States regulatory documents, the company CEO Lloyd Blankfein (Lloyd C.
