The purpose of this letter of responsibility is to make the security posts clear their own responsibilities, conscientiously fulfill their duties, prevent accidents, and maintain a safe production and living environment. This letter of responsibility is suitable for all security positions in our factory. Directly co-ordinate and manage the security duties of the whole plant by the security manager; the security guards earnestly fulfill the duties and responsibilities of each post. Two, in the reception of visitors, we must pay attention to courtesy, hospitality. Please visitors to produce relevant documents to prove its unit or identity, ask for what visit visited by people who, in contact and consent, the visitors on the registration and issued a detailed record of the guests, such as the first time visitors should be brought to the office of the people interviewed.
